Sellers must provide accurate, truthful descriptions of their watches including condition, authenticity, and provenance. Misrepresentation of any listing may result in account suspension. All watches listed must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Buying & Offers

Buyers acknowledge that WatchesLuxury.org is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Offers made through the platform are binding once accepted by the seller. We encourage buyers to request authentication documentation before completing a transaction.

6. Fees & Commissions

Listing a watch on the platform is free. A commission may apply to completed transactions as detailed in our fee schedule. Affiliate partners earn commissions on referred sales, subject to our affiliate programme terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: list counterfeit or stolen goods, manipulate reviews or ratings, use the platform for fraudulent purposes, scrape data without permission, or interfere with the platform's operation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and design elements on WatchesLuxury.org are owned by us or our licensors. User-submitted content (photos, descriptions, reviews) remains the property of the user, but you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

WatchesLuxury.org acts as a marketplace and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for the condition, authenticity, or delivery of watches. Use the platform at your own risk.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between buyer and seller, we may assist in mediation but are not obligated to resolve disputes. Any legal claims against WatchesLuxury.org shall be governed by applicable law.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
